A quality home is the foundation of society & community
The Rockford Police Department will celebrate the opening of the first home of the Resident Officer program with a kick-off “ROCK on the Block” party. Neighbors will have the opportunity to meet each other, and their Resident Officer Community Keeper (ROCK) while enjoying a variety of family- friendly games and activities. Refreshments will be served.
