Rockford Housing Authority Resident Services Division provides educational opportunities from birth through adulthood.  We have established long-term partnerships with the Rockford School District, Junior Achievement, Comprehensive Community Solutions, Rock Valley College, the City of Rockford Human Services Department, and the University of Illinois Extension Services to provide a variety of life skills and education.
