The Rockford Housing Authority needs your help to identify tenants or landlords who commit fraud or abuse RHA programs.

This includes people who:

• People who do not report their full household income
• People who do not report everyone living in their household
• People who rent or sublet their apartment
• People who commit crimes
• HCV (Formally Section 8) landlords who charge/accept rent above contract amount

If you believe you have seen evidence of fraud, RHA wants to know.

To report fraud within the HCV program or Low Income Public Housing program, call the RHA crime/ fraud hotline at (815) 489-8549.
