ROCKFORD — Rockford Housing Authority officials expect to present plans Monday to a divided City Council to overhaul the city’s public housing stock.
Aldermen will hear about short- and long-term plans at a strategic planning session on housing and property issues. No votes will be taken at the 5:30 p.m. meeting at the Rockford Metropolitan Agency for Planning, 313 N. Main St.
