Mr. Oliver has dedicated most of his life to working in social services. He has been a committed member of the resident council for nine years and has served on the Resident Advisory Board (RAB) for eight years, demonstrating a strong commitment to community advocacy and support.
Paula is retired from UPS and the Rockford Board of Education. She moved into Park Terrace in 2017 and has been an active member of the resident council ever since. Although not originally from Rockford, Paula proudly calls it her hometown, as it’s where she has lived the longest.
Frederick Shower, Sr. is a retired military veteran with 36 years of service. He has been a valued member of the Midvale Council for the past 14 years and has served as Vice President of the Resident Advisory Board for the last five years, bringing leadership and experience to his roles.
Mr. Walace has been an active part of the resident council for over 20 years and has lived in Rockford for the past 37 years. Known for his generosity and dedication, he is always willing to lend a helping hand to anyone in need within the community.
