With over 20 years of experience in affordable housing, managing a portfolio of 5,000 units and leading a team of over 100 employees nationwide, Alecia brings an exceptional level of knowledge, leadership, and passion for community development. Her expertise in building strong on-site teams and fostering resident success makes her a perfect fit for this role.
Throughout her career, Alecia has been instrumental in providing affordable housing and homeownership opportunities to families across the country. She has played a key role in developing staff teams, creating thriving communities, and ensuring that residents receive outstanding service.
