Year-round certified renter classes do more than teach the basics—they instill a sense of readiness and pride, ensuring tenants understand their responsibilities, lease agreements, and how to foster positive relationships with landlords. Well-prepared renters create stronger tenancies, reducing turnover and building a housing market where stability isn’t just possible—it’s expected.

Great progress is never made alone. This month, the quarterly Landlord Advisory Board meeting will once again open the door to meaningful dialogue.
