Something meaningful is growing alongside the bricks and beams of the old Fairgrounds apartments, a future space for stories, voices, and connection.
Once renovations are complete, the Rockford Housing Authority will launch a new podcast, created to educate and empower community-based conversations around affordable housing in Rockford.
