Andrea’s professional background spans over 20 years across various industries—from law firms to environmental services. Her most notable experiences include working for the City of Rockford’s Wastewater Treatment Plant, where she managed EPA and IEPA regulatory reporting, tracked complex compliance metrics, and made sure operations ran within legal bounds.
She’s not intimidated by government regulations or detailed reporting requirements—whether it’s 40 CFR codes or monthly federal filings. If it has a form, a process, or a policy, Andrea’s handled it.
In addition to public service, she also served as a technical liaison in a prominent Rockford law firm, helping colleagues navigate digital platforms and tools. Whether troubleshooting a stubborn PDF or stepping in to support with new software, Andrea has always been the go-to for “getting it done.”

“If I don’t know it, I’ll look it up and figure it out,” she says. “I love learning.”
