Building Partnerships: RHA Landlord Lunch & Learn

Rockford, IL – The Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) is proud to announce its Landlord Lunch and Learn, an event designed to foster collaboration and strengthen relationships between RHA and local landlords. This event takes place on Thursday, November 6 | 12pm – 2pm at RHA’s main office. 

This initiative reflects RHA’s ongoing commitment to expanding access to quality, affordable housing while supporting community growth through education and engagement.

The Landlord Lunch and Learn aims to bring together current, new, and prospective landlords, as well as property managers, real estate professionals, and housing advocates, for an informative and interactive session.

Attendees will have the opportunity to learn about RHA’s housing programs, partnership benefits, and available resources designed to support landlords and tenants alike.

The event will be led by Justin Francis, RHA’s Landlord Liaison and Relocation Specialist, who will guide open discussions on partnership opportunities, program participation, and the vital role landlords play in strengthening the local housing network.

With hundreds of local landlords already partnering with RHA through programs such as the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program, this event will further expand collaboration and encourage new participation.

By fostering open communication and mutual understanding, RHA seeks to create long-term solutions that benefit landlords, residents, and the broader Rockford community.
