Rockford Housing Authority recently hosted a highly successful Landlord Lunch & Learn event that brought together over 70 local landlords. Led by Justin Francis, RHA’s dedicated Landlord Liaison, the event fostered meaningful conversations, new partnerships, and renewed collaboration within the community.
The event provided a welcoming space for landlords to connect with RHA staff, learn about housing programs, and share experiences. Justin opened the session with insights on improving landlord-tenant relationships and the benefits of partnering with RHA’s programs.
