
As 2025 comes to an end, Rockford Housing Authority celebrates a year built on purpose and progress. Guided by our values Quality, Consistency, Respect, Accountability, Caring, Leadership, Professionalism, and Resourcefulness each month reflected RHA’s unwavering dedication to empowering residents and strengthening community connections under the leadership of CEO Laura Snyder and COO Odessa Walker.

October – “Advocacy in Action” championed community voices.
November – “Giving Back, Moving Forward” embodied gratitude.
December – “Home for the Holidays” closed the year with warmth and belonging.
Throughout the year, RHA’s mission came to life through initiatives like Jobs Plus, Fire Prevention Training, LDI Cohort Graduation, Women of Influence event,All Things Housing Summit, Landlord Lunch and Learn, and other community events that inspired empowerment and connection. Every success reflected our promise to serve with care, professionalism, and accountability.
