A Full Year of Landlord Engagement

Earlier in the year, RHA hosted the All Things Housing Summit, a region-wide gathering that brought landlords, housing professionals, and service providers together under one roof. The Summit offered in-depth sessions on housing strategies, market insights, voucher program updates, and best practices for supporting tenants.

We continued our tradition of recognizing and supporting our existing landlord partners with a spring Landlord Luncheon focused on relationship-building, program updates, and shared successes. This event created a supportive environment for open conversation and peer-to-peer learning.

Our final landlord-focused event of the year, hosted by Justin Francis, Landlord Liaison, highlighted the benefits of partnering with RHA and provided clarity on processes, incentives, and ongoing support. Attendees engaged in meaningful dialogue, asking questions, sharing experiences, and offering feedback that will shape future programs.

New participants expressed appreciation for RHA’s transparency, accessibility, and willingness to listen, reinforcing our commitment to keeping landlord voices at the center of our work.

Throughout 2025, RHA focused on equipping landlords with the tools and information they need to succeed. Our team provided hands-on support, updates to program processes, and one-on-one guidance to help ensure a smooth experience for both landlords and tenants.
