edevelopment of Orton Keyes housing project and potential demolition of Brewington Oaks. Ald. Venita Hervey, who attended the meeting Monday, said that while deconcentrating poverty is important, she doesn’t agree with Rockford Housing Authority’s plans to rebuild some of its old housing projects on the same spot and with the same number of apartments.
