Amanda Hudson moved from Texas to Rockford and, with guidance from FSS Manager Elias Soria, graduated the program toward self-sufficiency.

Oak Street Health helped RHA residents better understand Medicare benefits and healthcare options at North Main Manor and Olsen Plaza.
