HOUSING CHOICE VOUCHER (HCV)

Schedule With an HCV Case Manager

Request in-person assistance with your Housing Choice Voucher case during designated walk-in availability. RHA Customer Support reviews each request first and routes it to the appropriate HCV team member.

Appointments and walk-in availability are limited. Submission of a request does not guarantee a specific date or staff member.

HOW IT WORKS

One request, routed to the right HCV staff member

Every request begins with Customer Support so RHA can identify the assistance needed, confirm the appropriate department, and reduce unnecessary transfers.

01

Submit your request

02

Customer Support reviews it

Customer Support reviews the request and routes it to the appropriate HCV case manager based on the issue and assigned caseload.
