Effective Monday, April 22, 2024, the current Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) Low-Income Public Housing (LIPH) Family Waiting List will open until further notice. RHA will be accepting applications for bedroom sizes 2 through 5.
Pre-applications postmarked before or received at the Central Office on or before April 22, 2024, will not be accepted or added to the current waiting list. Pre-applications can be completed online at www.rockfordha.org and are available at 223 S. Winnebago Street Rockford, IL 61102.

There is never a fee to apply for rental assistance programs operated by the Rockford Housing Authority.
