RHA’s centralized waitlist allows you to apply once and be considered for several housing options. This streamlined process ensures fairness, reduces confusion, and helps connect qualified applicants to available units faster. 

What Happens After You Apply 

Once your application is received, our Centralized Applications team reviews your eligibility, notes your preferences, and places you on the appropriate lists. Timely updates are sent by mail, phone, or email to keep you informed. 

How to Stay Active and Eligible 

You must respond to all notices, attend required appointments, and keep your personal details up to date. Failure to engage with RHA’s communications could delay your progress—or result in removal from the waitlist entirely.
