Please be advised that the Rockford Housing Authority is posting for public comment, a proposed change of the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Utility Allowance. The proposed change is available for inspection during regular working hours at the following location:

The public comment period will extend from April 12, 2017 through May 12, 2017.
