Please be advised the Rockford Housing Authority is posting for public comment: a proposed change to the Housing Choice Voucher (HCV) Program – HQS Inspection scheduling hours from 7:00AM – 5:30PM. The comment period is open from June 27, 2025, through July 27, 2025. Copies of the proposed HQS Inspection Admin Plan is available for download on the RHA website (click buttons below) and are available for public review at the Rockford Housing Authority’s Central Office at 223 S. Winnebago Street, Rockford, IL 61102
Comments must be submitted and/or received on or before 3PM July 27, 2025.
