To continue to create strategic partnerships with community stakeholders, design a diverse housing portfolio, leverage social service programming to unite and ensure residents are provided with safe and nurturing environments that lead to self-sufficiency, responsibility, and individual empowerment.
RHA's Resident Service Programs strive to provide Greater Stability & Financial Independence for residents who want to find employment and advance their careers.
We greatly appreciate our partnerships with the dedicated Landlords in our community. Without them, the RHA's goal to expand affordable housing opportunities wouldn't be possible.
RHA provides it's residents and the community with helpful information and resources on various topics ranging from housing guides, RHA policies, community initiatives, health awareness.
RHA encourages Minority Owned, Woman Owned, and Section 3 qualified companies to learn more about our processes, and the various opportunities that Rockford Housing Authority provides.
At Rockford Housing Authority, service starts with showing up. Our team is out in the community every day—listening, supporting, and connecting with residents where they are. We believe real impact begins with real presence, and we’re committed to being a trusted partner in every neighborhood we serve.
RHA’s Human Services connects residents with vital resources to support opportunity, wellness, and stability—from education and job training to housing assistance, food access, and healthcare referrals. Through the Launch My Future platform and trusted community partnerships, we coordinate care, advocate for families, and guide individuals toward long-term success.
Whether you’re navigating housing options or seeking resources to build a better future, RHA is here to help. Our Human Services team connects you to programs, partners, and guidance designed to empower your next step.
“I am tomorrow, or some future day, what I establish today. I am today what I established yesterday, or some previous day.” – Jack Joyce
