Rockford Housing Authority will be hosting a Public Hearing at 10:00 AM on September 14, 2021, via Zoom to discuss our proposed Moving to Work Plan, which will be transmitted to the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development in October 2021.
The proposed MTW plan focuses on incentivizing landlords to participate in RHA’s Housing Choice Voucher Program. There will be more housing opportunities in more areas of opportunity for Housing Choice Voucher participants through increased landlord participation.
The Draft MTW Plan, including Landlord Incentives Activities information, is available for public review. Please read the Plan and let us know what you think, either by emailing the Redevelopment Coordinator, Erin Woosley, at EWoosley@rockfordha.org or participating in the Public Hearing on September 14, 2021.
