What Is the FSS Program?
The HUD-supported Family Self-Sufficiency (FSS) Program is designed to help public housing and voucher families build a foundation for long-term financial independence. Over the course of five years, participants set personal goals with the help of case managers, working toward education, job training, homeownership, and more.
