Reserve time for in-person support during designated walk-in availability. Scheduling in advance helps RHA connect you with the appropriate team member and reduce unnecessary wait time.
Walk-in availability is limited and varies by case manager, program, and location.
Select the program or type of assistance that best matches your need so your request reaches the correct case manager.
Choose from the case manager’s designated walk-in availability. Times shown in the scheduler are the only times currently open.
Bring identification, relevant notices, and any documents requested by your case manager. Arrive on time and check in at the listed location.
Caseworkers support different programs and resident needs. Choose the closest match when scheduling.
Support for seniors and residents with disabilities, benefits navigation, referrals, paperwork questions, wellness, and aging-in-place needs.
Employment, education, training, community resources, goal planning, and supportive-service coordination for public housing residents.
Education, employment, financial independence, individual goal planning, and FSS program participation support.
Help identifying the appropriate program, completing referrals, or connecting with available resident services.
Review the team below, then use the appointment request button. Every request first reaches RHA Customer Support and is routed to the appropriate case manager based on the program and assistance requested.

Only designated walk-in availability will appear. If no times are shown, check again later or contact RHA for assistance.
The booking calendar will be placed here after the participating case managers, locations, walk-in days, and appointment lengths are confirmed.
To help staff serve you efficiently, please bring:
1. A government-issued photo ID or other requested identification.
2. Your RHA resident, participant, or application information.
3. Any letters, notices, forms, or supporting documents related to your request.
4. A clear summary of the help you need and any deadline that applies.
A scheduled walk-in reserves time to meet with staff, but it does not guarantee that every matter can be completed during one visit. Additional documentation or follow-up may be required.
RHA does not provide emergency housing. For a life-threatening emergency, call 911.
