1. Visit the RHA Website
   Begin by navigating to the Rockford Housing Authority website. Click on the digital FOIA request form: Click Here.
2. Provide Your Information-Fill out the form with the necessary details regarding your information request. Be thorough to ensure accurate processing.
3. Submit Your Request– Once you’ve completed the form, submit it. Your request will be forwarded to Ms. Felice, who will review it and notify you whether it has been approved or denied.
