An Illinois town hit hard by the recession is turning to the online marketplace to create jobs and entrepreneurs.
Forbes Magazine once called Rockford, Illinois one of the most miserable cities in America. The jobless rate had peaked at nearly 17 percent and crime was a major problem. Today the town is battling back. See video here.
