That’s where Yolanda Anderson, Resident Support Specialist (RSS) for North Main Manor and Olsen Plaza, steps in as the guide. With compassion, consistency, and a heart for service, Yolanda works tirelessly to ensure residents have access to the resources they need to live healthier, more connected lives. 

Yolanda’s impact extends far beyond the walls of RHA’s properties. She has built incredible partnerships with organizations like NAMI, OSF on call, WSM Insurance and the Rockford Public Library, Oak Street Health, among many others.

Through these collaborations, residents gain access to mental health workshops, healthcare resources, career development opportunities, and lifelong learning programs.
