
The YouthBuild Rockford Class of 2025 has officially graduated, marking a milestone of hard work, community service, and personal growth. Their journey reflects dedication, resilience, and a commitment to building brighter futures.
Empowered Through Learning
Each graduate completed a rigorous program that included community service projects, the Lifeforce Development Institute (LDI) curriculum, GED preparation, CPR certification, and more specialized classes. These achievements were not just academic they represent the skills, confidence, and leadership qualities that will serve them for years to come.
Celebration of Success
The ceremony was attended by proud families, community leaders, and RHA staff, including Stephanie Summers and Mr. Larry Wesley, who work closely with YouthBuild Rockford participants. Claudia Consuelos, Workforce Development Director of Rockford, commended the graduates’ perseverance.
William Chatman, CEO, expressed his pride in their accomplishments, while keynote speaker Odessa Walker, COO of RHA, inspired attendees with words of encouragement. The event was further honored by the presence of State Representative Maurice West, whose support for youth empowerment resonated deeply.
