Beyond the event’s inspiring tributes, another creative force was taking shape. This March, YouthBuild Rockford students came together to compose and record their very own anthem—a song that tells the story of transformation, resilience, and the pursuit of a brighter future.

Looking Ahead
After a well-earned spring break from March 24-28, YouthBuild will be ready to carry this momentum into an exciting April.
Next month kicks off with an Open House on April 3, inviting the community to experience firsthand the impact and opportunities within the program. Later in the month, on April 28-29, YouthBuild Rockford participants will embark on their annual trip to Springfield, where they will take part in a meaningful service project, fostering deeper connections and giving back to the community that has supported them.
