The Rockford Housing Authority (RHA) has prepared its FY2026 Annual Plan pursuant to Section 5A of the United States Housing Act of 1937, as amended, 24 CFR Part 903, and RHA policies and procedures.
The plan outlines RHA’s goals, programs, and strategic priorities for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2026, and is available for public review in support of transparency and community engagement.
