Troy Hadie began his career with the Rockford Housing Authority in March 1992. Throughout his 30 year career, Troy has played an integral part in creating our maintenance trainee program, raising the bar, and setting the standard by which our maintenance team operates. As the Foreman of RHA’s Blackhawk Courts and Fairgrounds Valley properties, Troy works alongside our property management team in maintaining these facilities. Troy’s positive attitude, combined with his years of expertise, results in the highest, best good for our residents.
To continue to create strategic partnerships with community stakeholders, design a diverse housing portfolio, leverage social service programming to unite and ensure residents are provided with safe and nurturing environments that lead to self-sufficiency, responsibility, and individual empowerment.
