Introducing Alex Guzman
Alex Guzman, born and raised in Chicago, Illinois, has joined Rockford Housing Authority as our new Maintenance Manager. With his strong background in property maintenance and team leadership, Alex brings valuable experience and a deep commitment to quality service.

In his new role, all RHA maintenance staff will report directly to Alex, who will oversee daily operations, project coordination, and maintenance initiatives across all RHA properties. His focus will be on promoting efficiency, safety, and excellence in every aspect of maintenance work.
